称量装置

模拟量称量装置——俗称“电子称”

图示1为压力传感器， 一个轿厢一般使用四个该传感器， 分别安装在轿厢四角；

图示2为称重控制板， 安装在操纵盘内下端。

工作原理： 该传感器把轿厢载荷施加给它的力转换成电压信号给称重控制板， 控制板通过CAN-BUS通讯把信号传给控制柜， 控制柜根据这些信号判断出轿厢内载荷， 然后依此给出补偿转矩。

开关量称量装置

图示3为称重开关， 由开关盒和开关挡板组成， 开关盒装在内轿底， 开关挡板装在轿架上。

工作原理：

该称量装置由五个微动开关组成， 分别检测10%， 30%， 50%， 80%， 110%载荷，当轿厢内载荷时， 轿底会因此发生形变，不同的载荷形变的程度不一样， 从而会触动不同的称量开关， 经串行通讯把信号反映给控制柜， 控制柜根据接收到的不同的信号确定轿厢内载荷， 并依此输出补偿转矩给曳引机。
