称量装置
模拟量称量装置——俗称“电子称”
图示1为压力传感器, 一个轿厢一般使用四个该传感器, 分别安装在轿厢四角;
图示2为称重控制板, 安装在操纵盘内下端。
工作原理: 该传感器把轿厢载荷施加给它的力转换成电压信号给称重控制板, 控制板通过CAN-BUS通讯把信号传给控制柜, 控制柜根据这些信号判断出轿厢内载荷, 然后依此给出补偿转矩。
开关量称量装置
图示3为称重开关, 由开关盒和开关挡板组成, 开关盒装在内轿底, 开关挡板装在轿架上。
工作原理:

该称量装置由五个微动开关组成, 分别检测10%, 30%, 50%, 80%, 110%载荷,当轿厢内载荷时, 轿底会因此发生形变,不同的载荷形变的程度不一样, 从而会触动不同的称量开关, 经串行通讯把信号反映给控制柜, 控制柜根据接收到的不同的信号确定轿厢内载荷, 并依此输出补偿转矩给曳引机。
