采购主管

职位信息

1. Create and maintain bidding and new supplier development related procedures, collect the information from purchasing, project and other teams to set up yearly new supplier development plan; 创建和维护招标和新供应商开发相关程序，收集采购，项目和其他团队的信息建立年度新供应商开发计划；

2. Search the market to find out the potential new suppliers and evaluate the qualification of new suppliers under related department support;    在相关部门的支持下开发市场,找出潜在的新供应商和评估新的供应商的资格；

3. Compare the quotation, technique, and related information of new supplier to issue the comparison report; 对比供应商报价、技术、和相关信息形成对比报告；

4. Provide the suggested new supplier audit plan to quality department; 向质量部提供新的供应商审核计划；

5. Lead the new supplier development work under SQE, buyer and other department support till the new supplier is added to the qualified supplier list; 在SQE、采购部和其他部门支持下负责新供应商的开发工作，直至新供应商加入合格供应商名单；

6. Report to Purchasing  Manager about the status of the new supplier development

Operator’s Work Criteria and Responsibility timely; 及时向采购经理汇报对新供应商开发的状态；

7. Yearly bidding and negotiation price for the raw material frame work contract suppliers and some indirect or service suppliers.对原材料框架工程合同供应商及部分间接或服务供应商进行年度招标及议价；

岗位要求：

1.专科以上学历，工程、管理类等相关专业；

2.5年以上采购岗位工作经验，至少2年以上管理岗位工作经验；

3.有汽车行业、设备制造行业采购岗位工作经验佳；

4.英语能作为工作语言。

基本工资：10000元/月
